After spending years in a stagnant Job…
After spending years in a stagnant accountancy career and searching for a better option, I made the decision to join the Synergize Growth SDR/BDR Program. Prior to this, I conducted comprehensive research on the company, the program, and its guarantees, and initially had doubts due to how good it sounded. The 12-week program exceeded all of my expectations and proved to be challenging and rewarding. The level of support provided also exceeded my expectations (as compared with dozens of training programs during my accountancy career) and continued to be exceptional until my graduation. Upon completing the program, Synergize Growth offered me five options for my first remote sales role. Being naturally conservative, I chose a role in a familiar industry sector (Fintech). I have more than tripled my annual compensation while working fewer hours from home. This is just the beginning of my journey. The support team at Synergize is incredible, and I highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a career change.
