I experienced what I believe to be deceptive and bad-faith practices. I was led to believe that completing the sales training would result in a job offer, but this never materialized despite months of assurances. I first came into contact with Tony Clarke after responding to an ad on Indeed in October of 2024. The interview process went through the beginning of this year and I was told I was not selected for the position. Tony then went further to tell me there would be more hiring opportunities in May and September of this year in a conversation via Zoom on February 20th. Then in March he suggested I enroll in the sales training program and with successful completion I would be eligible for immediate hire with JPM Chase and that and my training cost would be reimbursed he also mentioned other companies with Goldman Sachs being one. Successfully completed the course at the end of May and when it came time for Tony to make good on his promise of employment the narrative continually changed and was told another training course was now implemented. Now going forward months later after being patient, understanding and supportive still no job and when I finally confronted and stated there never was a job after another narrative change I was told I would need to complete the 2nd training which did not exist in March of 2025 and employment would not be guaranteed. Tony quickly flipped using manipulation and intimidation that I was the problem and avoided answering my questions I confronted him with from our 9 months of communication via emails and Zoom calls and shifted all of the blame onto me. Tony should have been upfront and honest of what the circumstances were and stated this was only a training program and not make any claims of job placement and training reimbursement. This type of business practice is nothing but misleading, deceptive and false representation. On more than one occasion he stated he had my offer letter or a contract right in front of him and one time mentioned equipment would be shipped out to me as the position was remote. He was just waiting for approval which became the reason week after week month after month. After 9 months of communications with Tony Clarke I agree with Tony Mendiola review here dated March 17th I experienced it for myself.

My journey with Synergize Growth and Tony Clarke has been anything but smooth—there have been unexpected delays and challenges that were out of anyone’s control. Yet through every bump, Tony remained a constant source of professionalism, support, and genuine kindness. Even while in limbo waiting to begin my new career, Synergize didn’t leave us idle—they provided access to a mini-program designed to help us sharpen our skills and stay motivated. That gesture alone showed me how much they care about long-term success, not just quick wins. It has been a privilege working with Tony and the team. I’m anxiously looking forward to officially launching this next chapter of my career and becoming one of Synergize’s many success stories. They go above and beyond in every way, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

My experience with Tony Clark and Synergize Growth has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, the interview process was straightforward and professional. Tony’s transparency about the program, its goals, and what to expect stood out to me immediately. He made sure I fully understood the opportunities and challenges ahead, which built a strong foundation of trust. The training program itself is transformative. It’s not just about learning sales techniques; it’s about cultivating the right mindset, building confidence, and developing real-world skills that are in high demand. The program goes beyond technical skills to focus on personal development and resilience, which are crucial for long-term success. Tony’s openness and the support from the Synergize Growth team make this an invaluable experience.

I have had a great experience with Tony. I am learning a lot and I feel the course has helped me be a better and more efficient remote worker.

The interview style was engaging and conversational, reflecting the company’s modern and collaborative culture. Overall, Synergize Growth left a strong, positive impression. I’d highly recommend connecting with them.

This company is not hiring anyone for any sales positions at any company. This is a bait and switch. There is only one person named Tony Clark that you will “interview” with three or more times for what he describes as a six figure dream job. But at the end of it all he will try to get you to pay for training costing you around $3,000. I have never been approached with an opportunity to pay someone to work for them. This is a complete waste of time. Don’t get ripped off. I did originally write a good review until the lies and the money shake down happened. That is when I changed my review to highlight the whole crooked process. The reply to this post is another lie posted by the liar Tony Clark. I did not reply with the reply this professional liar Tony Clerk. posted below. I replied saying that “You’re a dam liar and my post was and is the truth and it will stay the way it is.” I posted this in response to a message asking me to change my review. Once again he told me I was going to get the job after paying for and completing their training course. When I did not want to pay for the training course I was notified that I did not get the job.
