I’m updating a prior 2 star review to 5 stars since I’ve been using Synergistic for all my lab testing on a monthly basis without hiccups. Their prices are great, customer support is very responsive and they get the lab results to you as soon as they receive them unlike other clinics which you have to wait for many days. The prior negative review was actually a fault of Labcorp hence I’m writing a new review.

The purchase online was great. The lab I was sent to could use some improvement. If you have never done it is a little odd walking into a building & finding a room with no one in it. Computer check in is fine but a little guidance on the front end would be helpful. The lady that came & got me & pulled my blood did a good job. She did not have good bedside skills though. That doesn't bother me much as long as they do their job but you could tell by the Google reviews that it bothers most people.

We apologize that your experience at your local LabCorp was not what you what you expected, however they are a separate company from us and we only issue lab orders that can be used at LabCorp locations.
