We're loving this app! We moved over to QBO over a year ago, and have been frustrated that we couldn't take recurring auto CC payments w/o a 3rd party app (bad experience with our first test, a different app). I recently discovered CloudBusiness / Synder & decided to give it a try. This is the perfect solution for using QBO & auto-CC payments. On top of it all, they have great support. I just finished with a support chat session with Tony and he did more than just point me to semi-related support articles... he answered all of my unique questions, asked for screenshots so that he could understand exactly what I was looking at, and was able to help me solve the problem relatively quick + easy.

I was looking for a way to synchronise my stripe stransactions to xero. I wasn't very happy about option xero provided. Then I found synder. It was easy to install and the support was very good. Olga was patient and helped me with my tax problems.

Product works as described and is going to save me TONS of time with my bank reconciliation!! GREAT customer service in their chat!

Yesterday we launched our paid subscription service, which is connected to two payment gateway solutions. Thanks to the app by Snyder, the synchronization between Quickbooks and the two payment gateways runs smoothly. The support by Tony was tremendous and super-fast.

Tony was a huge help for getting me started using Synder with Quickbooks, he was quick to respond and walked be through a few issues I was having since I was new to the app. Thanks so much Tony!
