We love Synder! We have a small business that holds a lot of daily transactions and syncing them with Quickbooks would be a nightmare manually. Synder has made the automation process smooth and their support team is always available to answer questions. George met with us recently due to a payment processor switch and quickly helped us set up everything just like it was before!

It's definitely the Customer Service! George has been working with me to get a tax issue to flow the way I needed it to in QBDT. It was a project, not something they normally would do. But like the great customer service he provides, he was on it! After the Development Team was finished, I have a wonderful working process now that I don't have to second guess like I've had to do with ALL integrations I've had. Great Job George!

We've been using Synder for a couple of years now and find it extremely beneficial for our QBO accounting system. We recently had an issue where our synchronizations stopped working after an update and Marko with Customer Support was able to give me the resolution quickly. Overall, satisfied with the product and the support. George gave us excellent support.

Synder's support is so quick and easy! They solved my issue in just a couple of minutes. I worked with James and he was able to direct me over chat exactly which setting to fix so my transactions would sync to Quickbooks. I love how much time Synder saves me.
