This was exactly the integration we needed for our QBO to Stripe connection. I also received great service from their team when starting.

I've been using Synder for a couple of years. It takes a lot of stress out of the booking keeping side of my business. It syncs the transactions from my website/Stripe to QB seamlessly. We have been doing manual reconciliation between Xero and Stripe for quite a long time until we found Synder. Not only it allows you to integrate your bookkeeping system with the payment provider you use but Synder itself is very user-friendly. I can not recommend this integration app more highly. My first introduction to Synder and the team was via a Zoom call demo but the integration was shown through QuickBooks and I work on Xero. I am always nervous when understanding new technologies but with the business owner present we braved it together. At first it felt very overwhelming but we met Sasha through the live chat support and she was incredible. She ended up calling us and was unbelievably helpful and patient. We are now set up and I am beginning to appreciate the time Synder is going to save me with the bookkeeping and the money it is going to save the business owner. The business I work for uses Shopify and Paypal so we needed an integration app that would support both platforms. Honestly we couldn't be happier so my advice would be take that leap of faith, persevere and contact the team if you have any problems. Thank you Sasha you were fantastic.

I was having an issue setting up an account and wasn't receiving Sales Receipts or fee's. Tony was able to walk me through it with no issues and before I knew it I was up and running. Thank you Tony.
