Great support team including Tony. They got back to me ASAP and fully answered my questions, I feel very confident moving forward with the software.

This product is NOT intuitive, and it should come with a user manual (online) to walk people through the steps to set it up. Today, I had a GREAT support session with Kirill. He was kind, thoughtful, attentive, and patient. We worked through a lot of issues that might not have come up if the product came with a great user manual.

I was having a problem to increase the transaction numbers with my current subscription. I called the number listed on the website but couldn't connect right away then I tried to chat in the platform. Kiryl was assigned to help me out and he has answered all my questions and guided me through the process. Thank you Kiryl for your great services.

This is by far the best sync app I've tried. Super user friendly and the staff is so helpful. I had a problem with tax code while importation and Yar was able to help me in the best way. Thank you so much!

The tech support is outstanding. Yar, you are the man! This guy explained everything in details and was so patient when I was eating his brain. He spent several hours in total trying to resolve my issues and then sent me some e-mails to make sure everything is ok. The platform itself is not perfect, and the client side needs some work, especially for Quick Books Desktop, but the speed of reaction to problems is simply cosmic. And it's not just “oh, we'll see what we can do and get back to you next week,” no, they DO fix problems and do it quickly. In the end this thing works and for Quick Books Desktop it's the best solution I've tried.
