I'm probably not using this software to the fullest of it's potential, but I find it super valuable for importing Square / Stripe transactions into QBO for three clients. It took a bit to get the set up sorted out, and there have been a few tweaks in the software interface lately that I had to get used to, but overall it's a great product. And, when I do need support, they are a click away! And if they can't get to you right then, someone will call you back. I've had great experience with both Sasha and Lizzie and they always work to resolve my issues.

We are just at the inquiry stage, but Tony at Synder was very helpful and professional. If this is an example of their customer service ... I'm sold!

I had some questions, as Synder accounts for Square a little differently that I had been doing by hand, and Tony was great at explaining how it worked. Haven't used it long enough to give it 5 stars, but its off to a great start

"I was pleased at the knowledge that Ann shared with me this morning. She was VERY patient in working through the process to update the synd so that I can now "Match" transactions in Quick Books Online instead of duplicating transactions. She was thorough and careful in her guiding me (without screen sharing) through the process. I am pleased with the ap and would recommend it.

A little confusing to get it to sync from square and stripe in the first place but, with the help of their fantastic customer support I was able to sort it out and get it to work with ease.
