Bait and Switch
Signed up. The price said $39.00. It did not say if it was monthly or yearly. I signed up. You HAVE to sign up to get the cost. It gave me a 2 week trial and after that it was going to be over $300/year. I cannot afford that. There's NO WAY TO DELETE THIS THING! I disconnected my connection with Quickbooks, but I cannot delete my account. Bait and switch, and stealing info. NO WAY TO DELETE!

Synder works the way that customers can see all the prices on the user interface before they are charged so our clients usually know exactly how much they will be charged (monthly or yearly depending on the way they choose on the billing page). Do not trust Synder
Do not trust Synder. We've had continual integration issues with Synder, Stripe + QBO and in each exchange with their support team we've been mislead and/or manipulated. They'll always blame the issue on another party instead of providing the service they advertise - seamless integration between these apps. Tried of paying for something that doesn't work? Too bad, once they've got your money you're never getting it back. If you do choose to try Synder, ALWAYS stick to the monthly plan.

However, the good news is that we have added it several months ago (the release notes are available). SynderApp is not fully integrated with…
SynderApp is not fully integrated with QB Desktop. I use ECWID integrated Stipe on a WIX platform. SynderApp was recommended because of Stripe & Ecwid. There is no upfront notice that you MUST have a WIX UNLIMITED plan (79/mo) to view ECWID Apps (an ECWID/WIX partnership failure in my experience). The Synderapp is only available to me through the ECWID app store. I need an integration between Ecwid and Quickbooks Desktop to pull in the transaction details like discounts, tax exemptions Detailed Customer information as Snyderapp does currently NOT pull detailed customer information into QB Desktop. It is not a good solution for Quickbooks Desktop. It is not a good solution for ECWID Customers who purchased an ECWID plan through WIX. Definitely do not recommend.

I will never use this app again
I will never use this app again. Deceived me by making a discount for the program and it was monthly only to find out they billed me $178 . They do not even refund your money. I canceled it after a week and they want to charge me for a full year. I can’t even get my money back and I’m a small business starting out. I let all my business friends know not to deal with them.

Synder indeed has monthly and yearly pricing, however the amount you are going to be charged depends on the plan you manually select on the billing page, on the yearly plans tab it indicates the exact amount you are going to be charged for before you complete the payment. Synder has an absolutely free trial with no credit card required, therefore our FAQ page and Terms and Conditions state that once you subscribe to a paid plan the charge is non-refundable. Being a solution with more than 1000 reviews across marketplaces, we pay a lot of attention to communication with our customers keeping it as transparent as possible. Our representative contacted you to find the best solution, so that you could continue using Synder without any negative experience on the background. So we are glad to see you back!

Poor customer service, don't give refunds.
Signed up and used it for less than 15 minutes. Emailed politely requesting a refund after our team decided not to use Quickbooks and they declined to give a refund. Most companies would honor a refund request that was sent within the same hour of signing up for something. I would not do business with them again or recommend them to any of my colleagues.

It also requires a two step payment process to make sure our users do not subscribe to any plan by accident. As a free trial period does not require any commitment or credit card information beforehand, we invite every user with any questions regarding the billing to contact our support team via chat, email or phone to ask about the suitable plan and to make sure there is no overpayment for the service before making any decision.
