I love this app for my clients and have received amazing support from their team, especially from Kiryl.

New user here. Can't comment on anything yet except implementation assistance, which was outstanding. Anna asked all the right questions to find out what we needed, then walked me through every step of the process to configure Synder AND configure QBO (!!!) to integrate the two products in exactly the way I hoped things would work. I think this is so important to a successful implementation and, honestly, not something many companies get right. Synder did.

I had the pleasure of working with Kiryl who helped me with a few sync issues. I appreciate the support team with Synder, I've been pleased.

This app is great. The integration is super, and becomes a real time saver! Support is also awesome. Lizze was patient and knowledgeable helping me make sure my initial set up was correct.

I was surprised to discover that a CSA was available on chat on a Saturday afternoon. Helen was super helpful, personable, and she patiently spent her time actually researching my issue rather than copying and pasting boilerplate FAQ responses like is so common with other software chat options. While my issue needs to go to the Dev team for research and resolution, I have no doubt that I'll hear back on Monday with a solution.
