I started to use Synder to eliminate a load of manual entry transactions from Cognito Forms. It not only works well but using the Rule feature it posts the transactions to the correct a/c code.

I had some problems because I speak Spanish and I was using a translator. But Tina & Felix was super helpful and was able to help me resolve the problems to understand the system. They has been really helpful and patient in answering my questions. The app is helpful in enabling us to get the best experience from using QuickBooks. I loving this app!

I had some problems with duplicate entries appearing in my Stripe account in Quickbooks and Tina was super helpful and was able to help me resolve the problem quickly and explain why it was occurring (it wasn't a problem with Synder that was causing the duplicates, but the way I was classifying transactions in my checking account). I was able to speak with someone almost immediately upon accessing the live chat.
