Synder is an excellent app with great capabilities for working with specific company needs. Customer service is great! I was able to work with Marko who ran multiple scenarios with me until I was able to solve my problem. So helpful. Would highly recommend.

I love this App, so easy to use and has saved me hours of work. I made a slight error and Veronika helped me solve very quickly.

They look at your account regularly and when they notice an error, they contact you to correct it so that the transaction gets synced... Marko is a nice and very helpful person.

Our company was looking for an easy way to streamline our bookkeeping, and we found that in Synder! Being able to sync our Stripe transactions with QuickBooks has provided our small team with more time to complete other bookkeeping and financial tasks. I cannot leave this review without mentioning Clarissa. Clarissa has been an incredible support to our team from setup to maintenance. Clarissa provides such thorough instructions that not only help the moment but can be revisited if needed. Clarissa also has the foresight to highlight other resources or tips for anything that may come up in the future.

Clarissa was just really great she got back to me in a timely manner remain patient to understand the entirety of my issue and then she solved it!! What could be better!

We had a virtual support session with Synder. For the past 1.5 years we have been trying to find a solution to assist with all the Stripe imports. George with Synder was incredibly helpful and got us on the right track. He was patient and demonstrated step by step instructions on how to accomplish our goals. He also provided a video recording of the call as well as written instructions on how to complete the tasks for our sync. I am thrilled about the service and capabilities of Synder as it is going to be a huge timesaver.

Today was my first online support meeting with Synder. This was incredible. I have struggled with a problem with our Stripe-QBO sync. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to relay my problem or be tech savvy enough to fix this. George & Mikheil were just excellent. They walked me through everything. They had pointers on the screen. Once they saw what I needed, they fixed the problem within minutes, saving me hours of work! Then they sent me a written recap of the meeting AND a video recording. I realize now, that there is probably even more that Synder can do for us and am looking to explore this. I am so happy for their service and abilities and highly recommend Synder for your sync app with Stripe or any other payment platform. They know their stuff!
