Lizzie was a delight to work with
This review relates to the one-hour work session to properly configure Synder between Stripe and QuickBooks Desktop (a dinosaur, I know.) Lizzie was a delight to work with. She is very "on task" and knowledgeable, while being "personable" at the same time. She is very patient (good at waiting for me to understand the instructions and respond). When unexpected things happened in our first synch (sales went straight into the bank account on QBD instead of going into/out of the Stripe account) she quickly diagnosed the problem with the setup (I had not clicked [Update] ), she corrected it on her end, then showed me how to reverse a synch and then re-synch to show the transactions processed correctly. She showed interest in the kind of business we are in and engaged appropriately in short conversations outside of the strict scope of the mission. Overall, a very positive reflection on Synder Customer Service.
