I have been with Synder almost a year now. While there have been some glitches, they work quickly to resolve them. I have worked with Andrew quite a few times and he is always helpful and responsive.

We worked with Lizzie and she was extremely knowledgeable about Synder, Stripe and QuickBooks. She was able to effectively explain the processes to implement and work in Synder. I like this product a lot and would recommend it.

Great customer service from Felix who helped to fix an issue I was having importing transactions from Etsy.

Using Synder to import all our Amazon sales transactions into our accounting software alleviated hours of manual order and expense data entry, streamlined our monthly reconciliation process and eliminated many data entry errors resulting from Amazon's complex reporting systems. The program's default template options seemed very well thought-out and tied out to Amazon's reporting layout, and I also like that we can create custom rules to map and customize the transactions to our unique GL and reporting needs. Synder's customer support chat platform is also top-notch! Regardless of the issue or the time of day, I've found their support team to be knowledgeable and polite, and it seems like someone is always there and ready to help answer questions and work through issues quickly. For example, Pauline helped me with an import & sync issue late one evening, and she even hung out with me until it was resolved. Then there was Vilena, who was there to answer my billing and subscription questions and then went one step further and came up with a better solution for us, which totally made my day! The program did tend to bog down and eventually stopped working when I had a relatively large volume of historical transactions to import and sync, so I had to scale back and work with the data in smaller time-period chunks. I also wish I could sort the order of the transactions on the data review Platform, but the ability to filter the transactions in so many ways is just amazing and very easy to do. Amazon has a very complex reporting and inventory tracking system. As a rapidly-growing start-up with a small team all working overtime to make big things happen, Synder has made it possible for us to have more accurate and timely sales data and reports so we can continue to grow this side of our business.

Great first impressions here. I signed on for Synder and had a few rookie getting-started questions. The response was pretty incredible--not just the speed and clarity of answering questions, but the way Renata would then pop back into my inbox a couple of days later to make sure everything was set up right. First rate service and followup so far.

I've been using Synder for almost 2 years. While the pricing and support options have changed, this remains the best, lowest priced option for syncing transactions between my merchant accounts and QuickBooks. While I miss chat support, I have appreciated the email support team and have had an even better experience via email support. I could not do my business without Synder!

I've used Synder for a while now to integrate Stripe and Square transactions to Quickbooks and I found it easy to set up and works very well. The reason for my review though is that I've recently needed the help of customer services for the first time to resolve an issue. I'm one of their smaller customers, so it was pleasing to find that I still got the attention needed to sort things out quickly. Credit to Felix for all his help. Thank you.

Lizzie was our onboarding specialist - she was amazing and spent 2.5 hours going through our complete set-up to check everything (as we are multi-currency/countries there was a bit of extra checking to be done) and give thorough training. Aside from Lizzie's amazing help, when we first connected Synder all the data came into Xero from WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal exactly as expected without any work needed. Highly recommended.
