Alok Sir is a very good trainer with deep understanding of business analyst concepts. He is true professional who keeps his students motivated and helps each one of them with the course work by giving real world business examples.

Alok Bhatia is such an amazing Mentor anyone could think of. He is a perfectionist in what ever he does, let it be teaching, clarifying doubts, documenting etc.. he is truly gifted and I'm honored to have attended his classes. He always gives right feedback and has stupendous memory. By the end of the course you are filled with clear concepts about not just Business Analyst but also about product owner, scrum master, project manager. I would definitely take his PMP classes in future. I have never come across such an awesome teacher in my life! Definitely recommend to take his classes.

Alok sir is great mentor and his sessions are very knowledgeable which eased the concepts of Business Analyst

BAbyAB course has motivated me to move ahead with my IT career. Alok is such a brilliant and amazing mentor to have training with. His teachings have improved me a lot and inspired me to work hard to improve myself everyday and achieve my goals. A special thanks to Solution Sync team who are very helpful and responsive to any query

Sync IT’s training curriculum is comprehensive and is geared towards giving non-IT candidates a real world experience. Alok is a phenomenal teacher and his approach to teaching BA skills is centered around providing students with hands-on experience through lectures and homework. Alok always provides constructive feedback and steers his students to make gradual improvements in their skills. Beyond the training, my experience with other Sync IT professionals has been exceptional. Both my recruiting and marketing managers have provided prompt response to my queries and are always available to help me navigate the IT maze!!

It’s a great learning experience for me at Sync IT Learning for the following reasons. 1. You get customized mentoring based on your education, skills, and experience. All the candidates like me are Work in Progress (WIP) but at different distances from the finishing line. 2. Mentors such as Alok Bhatia are industry experts who are highly adept, precise and diligent themselves, traits that are inspiring for the mentees. He offers vast knowledge and experience on various domains that the aspiring BA’s should grasp. 3. Sync IT Learning documents every little communication, even the trivial ones for future references. This will enable you to witness your progress from the baseline date when you joined. 4. Mock sessions are salient feature that gives you insight on how other candidates are preparing themselves. You will learn by seeing the greatness and shortfalls of other candidates. It’s so transparent and clear! 5. Everyone is encouraged to attend mock sessions. It’s my individual perception that all the attendees are my team mates working towards similar goals. 6. I have not yet subscribed to PMP or SaFe Agile certifications with Sync IT learning, however based on the previous BA sessions, I can say they are highly beneficial for the candidates who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Alok Sir is best trainer one can have. Very professional but one thing I have noticed other than his professionalism he doesn't provide you professional guidance but also mental boost if you just in case feel like giving up. He is great teacher and mentor. Unfortunately I can give him 5 star if I would have more stars to give I would have given him 100 stars. I just finish my BA classes with him and I am very grateful to him for everything. Overall all team is so helpful and very much available whenever you need them

After getting a high recommendation from one of my friends, I was motivated to attend Alok Bhatia’s BA class. Before the class, my knowledge of the domain was miles away. In the beginning, It was difficult to formulate all the new terminology but Alok Bhatia’s deep understanding of the subject matter and his pedagogical skills help all candidates, to enhance their understanding of this new subject like a breeze. At the back of Alok Bhatia, a Sync IT Learning team that is so good at collaborating and managing multiple responsibilities. Thank you all for providing an opportunity for this great learning experience.
