Rubbish product. Refused refund despite 'guarantee'
Rubbish product (Sync2) which did not work and which was not as good as the free product I replaced. It created duplicate contacts in Outlook which they blamed on other products (!) and then they tried to charge me for another product to fix the mess they'd made! Rude online help and refused to refund me, despite promising a 14 day money back guarantee. How they are Microsoft Gold rated is beyond me. There UK helpline is nothing more than an answering machine. At best rubbish and to be avoided, and at worst a con of a company ignoring basic online selling rules.
