Doesn't sync anything for me. I get 10 junk mails per day since I tried!! Don't trust that company!

Recently had to rebuild my laptop and contacted 4Team to get the correct software version of Sync2Cloud for my license. Was first told I didn't have current support so wouldn't help and needed to purchase new support. Explained I just needed the older version of the software to match my current license key. One line response back "We don't have older software". Contacted again to be told again to buy support and they would help. Every other software supplied has provided a link to older versions of software and helped to recover keys even though I wasn't under support. The fact they want me to pay for support to help me out is terrible service. I wont be renewing and will be looking for an alternate solution. Would not recommend this company!!

The app doesn't do what it says. Customer support is trying to help but the product is just too weak. It can't bring events from 2 different calendars to another parent calendar and merge it nicely. I had to pay but it was still useless. The UX of the app is bad too, I can't understand how to manage things and some sections of the app were still blocked even when I paid.

Rude and unhelpful customer service in Live Chat. Doesn't sync all events properly. Expensive for what it is. Just use iCloud Outlook sync.

the programm only synce about half of my appointments from google calandar to outlook.

Following an upgrade to Windows 11 this company expected me to purchase the same software again for the same machine, just because I had the software for already for that 12 months.

These are the worst type of company. Hopefully go out of business soon. Product is vaporware. Customer service blames you the customer instead of retroactively applying discount when you are eligible.

Ladrones. Mala política de devoluciones. Si tanto confían en la calidad de su producto, qué problema hay en devolver el dinero si su producto no es bueno o no cumple con mis necesidades? El producto sync2 deja mucho que desear. Su política de devoluciones y soporte técnico desastroso. Nunca volveré a comprarles nada, ni por supuesto les recomendaré. Coge tu dinero y vete antes de caer en sus manos.
