I'm a developer with 13 years experience and I would highly recommend to avoid this software. Once you go into the details, you will find out that their API is not very thought through. Also they run on the bare minimum of engineering power. They have their translations open source, so I created a PR to add a missing space in a translation. Very simple. Nothing happened for some time, so I created a support ticket (which I think you can only do with a paid account, but I'm not sure). I simply asked them to please merge my PR and after only 3.5 months they solved this ticket (but the PR is still open, why?). This should give you a glimpse of how they work and how their customer service is. Now imagine you have a real issue (which I also had and I can tell you it's not getting any better) To me it feels like they outsourced their engineering department to a low salary region where the new developers have no clue about how to handle this "inherited" software product. I wonder why they have so many good reviews...
