Been using this company for about a year and I’ve never had ONE bad experience! They are prompt, professional, communication is excellent, open honest, and just overall the best out there at what they do by FAR. Don’t listen to the negative reviews because they are FAKE. Synaptex is legit and incredible and you cannot go wrong with them. Take my word for it.

I have ordered many times from Synaptex because they have an overnight shipping option whereas other sites only offer 2-3 days. Also because they have the payment method I need. I’ve never had an order missed like other sites and they have always shipped out same day. The only problem I have which is a rather big problem is that the product differs frequently. Sometimes it seems weaker than normal and sometimes it seems like it is a different product all together. I always order sodium but I have ordered sulfate before to try it. Sometimes when I order sodium it will act exactly like sulfate. I did message before and he said his supplier hasn’t changed so I figured there’s just nothing really I can do about it.

Thank you for your review! I would like to clarify here as I believe most of our customers may not know just yet. We have realized that the containers used for storing products may be allowing UV light in, which can degrade Sodium. We have run some tests with this theory, and so far it seems that it may be a legitimate issue. I have already ordered new storage containers for our products that block all UV spectrum light from entering. These containers also have a better airtight seal than our current ones. My point being: Barring any supplier side issues that we are unaware of, this is the only variable we could identify that would have any effect on quality. This should resolve the issue, and we should have a better consistency than we do now. Thanks again, Chris
