I have nothing but Great experiences with synaptex. I dont even bother going anywhere else. I know its always pure, and a fair price. The customer service is better than most corporations. I had an issue with usps losing my package and they helped me figure it out. Gave me the info on a claim which i didnt know about. It was a couple hundred bucks too. I was freaking out because i was running out, iust have emailed them at least 10x in 2 days and they replied to every single one with nothing but help, even though i am positive i was being annoying and time consuming. I see people try to trash them on reviews and its ridiculous. I understand its hard to trust with this product, a lot of shady people out there. I went through that. Researched for days maybe even a week. Reviews didnt help much because there werent many, and some were not so good but also seemed disingenuous. I took my chance and couldnt be happier. That was back in may. Always has stock, if they run out they let you know Ahead of time that they're running low and when theyre shipment is expected to restock, to the date. You seriously couldn't find a better vendor. Thanks to reddits newish rule about no sourcing, it leaves us guessing. Over here noone knows my reputation, and that sucks. Reddit really screwed us by doing that. Rest assure youre good here, they will not screw you over. They even have like 2gs for like 20 bux, test it out. A month later youll be like me, so relieved i found a vendor that isnt shady, that i can trust with great price. That stress off my life alone is huge. It used to be hell trying to find a good product and company i can trust. I dont get into the sulfate or free acid but im sure its great, the sodium is dry, looks like salt, in heavy duty plastic containers with screw on lids...have the packets in there for moisture absorbance. Synaptex is the Only place ill go to as long as theyre in business. Hope this helps whoever is reading. I didnt have any reviews to go off of and it made my search so damn hard.

I have used this company for seven months now (and have used four other companies as well (to compare and also to ensure contingency plans). I just posted this review on their website, but I see it really needs to be here, to counter some reviews that really puzzle me and don't match my experience with Synap. The quality is good and always consistent. Prices and shipping rates are decent. The free USPS First-Class Package shipping option will save you some money, but it can take anywhere from 3 to 9 days, so plan and budget conservatively if you choose this option. All the other shipping options are nearly 100% accurate as described. The loyalty program and occasional sales are nice perks. What really makes this company better than all the others is their exceptional customer service. Out of 30+ orders, there have only been three small issues, one of which was their fault, one was the shipper's fault, and one was my fault. In all instances they immediately responded and resolved the issue.

If you are looking for a trustworthy reliable place to order your tia at i guarantee you cant go wrong with this site. Theyve been open for a while and ive never had a problem with quality or customer service, infact they have better customer service then any buisness ive ever had to deal with. Recently on my last order fed ex over night seemed to have lost my order and i had to wait a couple days calling to try to see what happend and fedex let me down, but i simply sent an email to synaptex and they helped me and were so patient and helpful every step of the way, they sent me another order through usps express and i finally got my order right away even though it was fedex fault ! Quality as always was 100% . I have no idea why these scammers are writing all those false accusations on here i guess just to scare off clients/customers for some reason, it doesnt even make sense what there implying. But im a 305 miami man and we keep it real and synaptex is definaltley the spot to go to i promise you 💯 anyways thanks synaptex for your great service and great tiaa. #1 vendor out here in my opinion ! 😤😈

I have ordered from this company many times and they have always come through I have noticed when I place a order before I really need it that it takes some time to receive it but when I place a order and I'm almost about to be sick from not having it that it comes super fast lol it like they have a junky is in withdrawal radar and they ship it out fast and I get it fast synaptex unlimited I f...ING love you guy very junky friendly company they are the go to for your got to have it now needs.you know I was taking it I have the emails from yall of me asking will it stop my opiate withdrawal and yall said so how about I post them emails you F's now you want to not like my review

Notice how there haven't been any positive reviews on their product in about a year on their website? That's because the truth is being told here - do listen to the negative reviews! It is not just slander as they claim. People choose to be anonymous with their reviews often because they do not want to receive backlash from the company personally in any way. They respond very aggressively to all negative reviews on here, so why would one want to subject themselves to anymore of that by identifying their customer name or order at all? Think about it. Clearly, they are lacking customer service skills, which is not just on here, but through their customer-base as well when handling orders and inquiries. Anyways, I recently decided to try their sodium again and see if there were any quality changes. It's actually worse than the last time I ordered. I believe they sent me sulfate instead (though labeled as sodium, of course..) or sent me a mixed product with phenibut as others have stated. It did not act as usually tianeptine sodium would and also does not have the same appearance as it - very gritty type of texture whereas better sodium products I've had tended to be more "fluffy". Also, no positive effects with it, actually rather uncomfortable reactions. Glad to say this will be my last time giving them a chance. No more money wasted here with them. Consider the same if you are either a new or returning customer.
