I used Symliphy for an urgent care appointment. The health assessment was easy to answer. The provider connected easily with me via text within minutes. Following their review of my situation, appropriate medication was sent to my local pharmacy. They also followed up via text. Symliphy allowed me to continue my work day and life without waiting, further exposure to more germs and privately where I was. My health outcome with SYMLIPHY far exceeded the minimal copay which is FSA/HSA eligible. I am truly grateful for the flexible access to health care as a working woman. Thank you SYMLIPHY

Prescription was never received by pharmacy, despite 2 tries

I needed a refill so I completed the questionnaire took a picture of my bottle and it was sent to my pharmacy for pick up a few minutes later.

My pharmacy never received any prescriptions and I had to spend more money at an urgent care center to get treatment. I will never use you again

The process was quick and I didn't even have to talk to a doctor! It was a good price too! There was a field on the form that asked for "MM/DD/YYYY", which I took to mean today's date. Turns out, they wanted my DOB there. Once the script got to the pharmacy, they wouldn't fill it because my DOB was showing up as today's date. I contacted customer service by phone and email. They called back within about an hour and had the situation resolved in about 3 hours. I would suggest they update that field to ask for "DOB" instead of "MM/DD/YYYY". Although this little issue happened, I was still very happy with the ease of the process and the price and the way they made it right. THANK YOU!!

So easy and convenient to use! 10/10 recommend.

I needed a refill of my medication because my luggage was lost on way back from vacation. (ran out early) I filled out the Symliphy Med-Refill questionnaire and added a picture of my prescription vial. 15 minutes later a doctor sent a refill to my chosen pharmacy. Piece of cake! Very easy.

It's a very easy experience even someone with not a lot of experience on cell phones of today wouldn't be able to do this very good app ,five stars all the way
