I paid $74 for someone to tell me to take Tylenol. I made a consultation so I could get antibiotics to clear up a sinus infection I’ve had for over a week. Waste of money! I wasn't able to explain how long I’ve been sick or talk with the doctor after he gave my very brief “treatment”.

Kelly, we apologize for your poor experience. As you are aware, our e-prescribing technology vendor experienced a system outage which prevented us from sending your prescription to your pharmacy. Our provider eventually called it in over the phone, but only after multiple attempts to do so electronically. We agree that this is not the type of experience we strive to provide our patients, therefore we have provided you with a full refund.
