I recently had to switch to Norton Internet Security after my McAfee subscription had run its course and caused me a lot of headaches. Unfortunately Norton turned out to be even worse and my syystem is running horribly slow and jerky except my Alienware Dell laptop (no honey without money as usual). The customer care is no help either. I have made a mistake but hope others do not follow it. Steer clear!!

Hatte probleme mit meiner Virensoftware.2 Stunden hatte ich kontakt mit dem Chat-Team.Lösung meines Problems?Fehlanzeige.Wurde aber nett drauf hingewiesen den kostenpflichtigen Support in anspruch zu nehmen (ca 100 Euro).Hab dann in meiner verzweifelung eine kostenlose Virensoftware installiert und siehe da;sofort die fehler gefunden und behoben.das Support Team ist wirklich mehr als unfähig.Ärgerlich das ich noch Geld für die Software bezahlt habe...werde auf jeden fall Norton deinstallieren und allen abraten dieses Produkt zu benutzen.
