This is an additional review. The CEO refuses to take action and is unprofessional. Multiple requests to be removed from all email lists has not been honored. This is the very definition of a SPAMMER. This is in direct violation of CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713. Penalties under the CAN-SPAM Act include statutory damages of up to $43,792 per email. Legal action is pending. Buyer beware.

The product was alright, I have other tools that do what I want in a capacity that is more my still though I pay more for them. However, to cancel, I had to have an extensive conversation with their bot and even confirm 3 times before I could finally cancel. At each step, I was incrementally gaining frustration.
