New app stinks!! It's half of what you can do on your PC and you know the old AI with really bad screw ups like 5 heads, 3 legs, arms and 7 fingers.....YEP! You can pay to have that happen in your videos!! And then....they don't address it. And...then they just change things in the format you have been running with no communication and suddenly you have NO CHARACTER CONSISTENCY and you have to run a different AI that alters your format. YEP....that bad. Ohhhh and the owner pays got good reviews!! Check out Google the very day the app is released and surprise!! 5 star reviews EVERYWHERE!!! YEP! That kind of guy. Just wait for an onslaught of 5 star reviews!! You will know where they came from......trash app.

Signed up for the free trial premium version and put in my credit card as requested. They don’t allow you to use their free trial version plan that you sign up for. Instead they provide you with 50 credits and call it a day. Bait and switch tactic. Will never use them due to their lack of integrity with this tactic. Wasted my time.

Illegaly added me to some type of webinar. Now I have it scheduled on my calendar weekly. Refuse to take me off. Wouldn't trust this company/team for anything.

Syllaby keeps scheduling their spam promo webinars on my calendar. Unethical. Not a company I trust.

I tried the software and it wasn't for me so within a couple of hours I tried to cancel. Well within the free trial period. The customer service bot drove me in circles. I had to restart the chat four times and still had to answer the same questions over and over again until she finally let me cancel. After the cancellation, I go to notification from PayPal that they billed me $148. Not only was this day one of the 7-Day free trial, but it was also after I had canceled. I only noticed a couple of days later when I was trying to pay for another software that they had never refunded me. I tried to open a ticket went round and circles with the bot again, she claimed I would get an email instantly that a ticket had been opened and I would get a response within 24 hours. I still haven't received any email neither a confirmation of a ticket or any resolution. I then try to send in a customer support ticket from the website and still haven't heard anything from them. I will give it another day or two and then I will dispute it through PayPal. I should not have been charged, firstly it was within the 7-Day free trial and secondly it was after I canceled. I am not satisfied with their service at all.

I cancelled my subscription and did not authorize any further payments. You charged me €64.90 two months in a row. That is €129.80 taken without my consent. I am demanding an immediate refund of the full amount (€129.80) right now. Confirm the refund and stop all future charges. I will file a formal dispute with my bank, report this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and submit a complaint with my national financial authorities for unauthorized charging practices. Refund the full amount and stop all future charges.

This is an additional review. The CEO refuses to take action and is unprofessional. Multiple requests to be removed from all email lists has not been honored. This is the very definition of a SPAMMER. This is in direct violation of CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713. Penalties under the CAN-SPAM Act include statutory damages of up to $43,792 per email. Legal action is pending. Buyer beware.
