I bought a lifetime subscription on their old platform (octant.sh which link to sylant.net) and one week after I bought, they decid to close octant but they open a new service (sylant)

I'd like to say: POOR, to be honest, we partnered with their server, got absolutely scammed, and got butt-loads of excuses, instead of the original product to be honest. Their asia partnership is a complete bust, and I think it is best to not use Sylant at all, they don't offer refunds if they DELIVER LATE! WOW! Poor, and scam, summerhost.

=========== This review is moved from octant =========== Let's start this off by how I'm looking for a hub server in the US East location, and since I've met Sabrina over another discord I've figured out about Octant, promising a custom control panel. 😀Let's start with what I like: The control panel does looks very intuitive, having billing and server built in is a massive convinence, and offers some neat features like version changer. and it have an modern interface I do understand this panel is a work in progress, but if I'm asked to provide an review, this is the part where I think the host can improve So for some reasons there's an issue with my card, so it gets declined. Sure it's probably insufficient funds that I got told later by Sabrina, but the panel just says unable to process, which is an very generic error, and it's very confusing for a customer to not know what's wrong. They offers custom startup, that's a plus but it also broke things that is going to hunt me long term, 1 of them being that my servers was instead of safe shutdown it gets killed (like idk why docker straight up killed my instance), could cause a data loss. got the staff to fix it, then I met with not able to unzip, I uploaded a zip, which have an unarchived button that said unable to extract, asked Sabrina, she said tar.gz supported, no problem I have an raspberry pi and I repackaged my zip to tar.gz and now there's no unarchived button, so back to Sabrina I go to get her to add the function in. Which also ends up unable to extract, so I settled with manual extract. And then 1 last thing is now my console stopped working, like the commands not getting sent at all, Sabrina did say it's part of because of the custom startup, so I guess if you going to use this host, don't ask for custom startup, although your milage may very here. Why 4 ⭐? The staffs are extremely nice, and responded even while I'm furious, if the staff are rude/non existence this would be a 1 star (1 star came from the intuitive panel) and the 3 star came from the amazing staff, thanks Sabrina/Fraser.
