Third class quality frame... not even getting fixed on the nose... what i am failing to understand why just why do u have to adapt to a scam way of business when IF u provide quality people will autimatically recommed you to others..but you do not even refund. Literally a scam organization selling third class quality products and telling a lie about delivery in 48 hrs. Kindly refund my amount.

First of all, when I wear them I get loads of glare on them. They get smudged easily and after only wearing them for a couple of weeks I got a chip in the right lens! Ridiculously low quality of frames and glasses, definitely not as described. I also paid extra for premium lenses and I can see no difference between these and an extra pair they sent with my order. When I asked to return them as soon as they arrived, as I noticed the glare and low quality of frames (cheap plastic) they said I would need to cover postage to US which makes it completely uneconomical, so I'm stuck with these lousy glasses. Steer clear!

I experienced awful experience with the company. First of all let’s focus on the price vs quality. Price of the pair of glasses js around 50-70 dollars and apparently glasses are produced in the USA - which is a lie First pair of glasses I got, they had permanent dots/dirt on the lenses (which are caused by bad storage in wrong temperature or by exposure to light). The company responded quickly and sent me the new pair of glasses - I was happy. But then when new pair of glasses arrived - the frame was damaged, was bending whole glasses as it was so stiff and in addition, the lenses were cloudy, my eyes were very tired and they DID NOT PROTECT ANY BLUE LIGHT! I compared those two pairs and they have definitely different lenses. The newest pair seemed to be plastic! I’ve asked company for refund and some documentations about quality of the lenses and how much blue light they actually blocking - each legit company should provide you those documents. NO RESPONSE AFTER I HAVE ASKED FOR REFUND OR DOCUMENTATION!! They were very helpful until we spoke about money. I don’t trust any new pairs as I’m worried about my eyes after wearing them! Of course company will response below that post and will apologise and promise help - don’t fall for that. They don’t have any intentions for refund or help! Total scammers _____ Answer after seeing answer. That is absolutely a lie what you responded below. May I remind you that I have sent you first mail 14.02: " I would like to see the spectrum report showing the full range of blue light blocked by lenses....", and then on 17.02 " I would appereciate the feedback and actually responding to my complaint" I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSES AFTER THOSE TWO MESSAGES!

If I could give zero stars I would. These glasses cost me about $180. The shipping took months and then the glasses only lasted a couple weeks. One of the speakers kept cutting in and out then one day when I was wearing them, that speaker started to overheat and got pretty hot against my face. Do not buy. Waste of money. I tried to ignore all the negative reviews that I read because most people don’t leave reviews unless it’s a negative experience but they were right. I wasn’t going to leave this review, but I got an email asking me to review the glasses, so here I am. If you really want glasses with a speaker, get the Amazon echo glasses. I have those now and they are 100% better quality.

have not received my item after messaging the seller for the second time, blaming the pandemic for the delay when this is the only item I have ordered has not turned up. Will not be ordering from them again

Due to the epidemic(New variant of Corona-Omicron), flights to the UK are being delayed, and packages to the UK have been sent by connecting flights, which has caused much more delay. If I could give a 0 star, I would. I ordered what I thought was bone conduction glasses (as described) and they were awful. Not bone conduction at all. Instead, just a loud speaker that you couldn't turn down. They were cheaply made and when I emailed them to return, they said to mail it back to China! These were $116 glasses and they want ME to pay for the return? They don't offer a shipping label and they stopped responding altogether after I asked if I'm expected to pay for returning. This was BY FAR the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they are frauds! There's a reason they have an "F" rating on the BBB (which I just recently found out). They won't be in business long. There's a reason you can't give an honest review on their site.

Please don’t buy from this company, you may as well just give your money away or spend it on chocolate. The quality is awful and the customer service is even worse. You will never receive a refund even if the glasses break virtually straight away. Even with photographs as evidence they insist you return the broken glasses to China at your own expense and you probably still won’t receive a refund. Please just use an Opticians’s, they do these blue light lenses in any frame you like, they won’t cost much more and they will last you for ages.
