Absolutely great customer support! Unfortunately the product was delivered damaged which caused some inconvenience, but the pair was swiftly replaced with another pair and I was even able to order a different frame (and in different size). Hazel is a great customer support agent and I appreciate the effort that was made to correct a faulty product

I ordered a pair of glasses and realized that I was charged for two pairs of lenses, I contacted support and they answered back faster than I expected. They were insanely helpful and informative, and even offered me discounts/upgrades! Hazel, you’re a real one!

After receiving the pair of Milan glasses in mid Jan, I can confirm it is a fit-for-purpose, reliable product, which many people have complemented me on. I appreciated that after an initial hiccup, I was able to track and trace the order through the Shop app. All in all, I received a good product at a good price. Would recommend to friends and probably will reorder a spare set from Syghtglass.

My package has not been delivered. After reaching out to Syght, they provided the carrier's phone number, but the carrier does not answer the calls. Why is it my responsibility to contact the carrier at the depot if the delivery has not been attempted at the provided delivery address? The reply from Syght: "The parcel has arrived in your country. I informed you to contact the local delivery company and provided the contact details in the previous mail. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control." Where is my package? After leaving the review above Syhgt was in contact with me to resolve the issue, they reshipped the package...however it remains undelivered and no delivery attempt has been made. Carrier does not answer the phone. Syght reshipped the package but the package was not delivered, nor did the carrier contact me. I had to drive to another town to find the carrier to ask if the package was there.
