Upon raising the issue with them I was met with excellent communication and consideration for my circumstances. We then came to an agreement on the issue and it was resolved promptly. Their customer service is very good and I am eager to witness the benefits of their product.

10/10. The glasses I chosen were out of stock. But they emailed me quickly and let me no the other colours I could pick. Can't fault them
