Easy ordering, good quality when they arrived. Just always a little bit on the slower side for shipping and delivery. All around good experience though- i’ve brought from here twice and the customer service lady Hazel is fantastic.

I ordered my glasses over the holidays but still received them quite quickly. The fit and quality of the glasses is very good. I needed a pair of reading glasses with blue light blocker, but the glasses you can buy in shops don’t work well for me as my pupillary distance is larger than average. In my opinion it is worth paying a little extra to get a pair of glasses that are made for you. I will definitely order my next pair of glasses from Syght, too.

The Syght Glass company has not let me down. I give only 4 stars because i have almost zero to none complaints. The delivery is fast, the support team helps out wherever possible and the glasses + frames are of super quality. I have done -1 star, purely because of pricing which is hardy a bad point. I thanks Syght Glass

Very helpful and clarified all my questions, a voucher was offered to assist in a new pair of glasses which was a lovely gesture..just a shame repairs cannot be done. Overall very time efficient in responses and good service.

Overall build quality was very good. A bit tight when wearing them but other than that the glasses were very nice and light. Aesthetics were super clean and fashionable and the blue light filter works for long office hours staring at your computer screen.

The best customer support! Recently ordered a pair of glasses and unfortunately they arrived slightly disoriented. Hazel was quick to respond and very informative as well as offer solutions with which i am more than happy with! Thank you Hazel!

It was super easy to choose my eyewear on the Syght Glass site, the design is modern and stunning. The only thing that I didn't love was the time the parcel arrived, other than that the service was fantastic.
