Watch out for Credit card third party collectiors
Synchrony bank is the manager for Amazon credit card. I sent back a Honeywell Themostat still in the box and after two months Amazon finally credited my account but synchrony fail to credit my account said I would have to file a dispute with them, so I did and after another two months they denied my claim tried to contact both Amazon and Synchrony. Amazon said it had been to long and disconnected our conversation went to Synchrony basically the same treatment because between Amazon and Synchrony 4 month stall neither can find my order. Both are hard to reach to talk and their combined incompetence is astounding. Needless to say but I immediately cancelled my Amazon card and will never use either again
