New CEO claims review here have improved! He thinks he's turned this horrible company around already. Tell that to those of us who waited close to a year to receive their entire kit dispite the claim that the pre-order would take only up to 3 months I order in September 2025 and am STILL waiting for the remainder of my refund they promised. Bad CyclingElectric for Cycling News for rating this company's kit the Best for 2026! Please comment on their story to tell the truth!
