I had a last minute purchase of a pretty rare watch that i wanted to give my Dad for his 50th wedding anniversary. Swissluxury went the extra mile to get it to me on time even getting another watch found and sent to me when it was realized the first one wasn't going to make it on time. Watch was amazing and my Dad is still over the moon about it. Customer service was awesome and very responsive and i would highly recommend them

I was looking to buy a Breitling and checked out various sites and found that the majority of them despite saying the watches were in stock were saying delivery between 4-8 weeks for delivery. After a couple of emails to SwissLuxury.Com the (which were answered promptly) I was advised that the watch I wanted (Breitling Montbrillant Datora) would take just over a week to be delivered. I would recommend this site for anyone looking for good quality watches at very competitive prices and don't want to wait months for delivery.

The Breitling Aerospace is a watch I've wanted for a long time. There is only one shop near me that sells Breitlings, and they have a reputation for not budging off of MSRP. I shopped online, and read quite a few reviews on SwissLuxury.....no matter how hard I looked, I could find nothing negative. I'm very busy, and travel a lot, so I ordered online. Within 24 hours Darrel contacted me and arranged everything....particularly when the watch was to be delivered since I wouldn't be home during the normal delivery times. The price on the watch compared to MSRP was acceptable, and the transaction was flawless. The watch? Exactly what I expected, and I couldn't be happier.

I have purchased two Rolex watches from Swiss Luxury. In both instances I got a perfect watch at about $800 below the best price I could get from other distributors. The watches arrived in perfect condition, on time as advertised, and when I needed repair on a watch (a watch was involved in a car accident -- no failure on the watch's part) they were johnny-on-the-spot to provide advice and help with it. When I called with questions, a person answered the 'phone (can you believe it?) and when I asked for direct Rolex point of contact information they provided it almost immediately. With a great deal of confidence I'd buy from Swiss Luxury again and that's saying something since I set a fairly high bar for customer support/satisfaction. I want to enjoy a buying experience and can say without hesitation that this has been the case with this company.

His prices are very competitive, in fact better than I've seen elsewhere and the purchase process was flawless. I'd only purchase through Darryl in the future.

I bought a limited edition watch that I was having trouble finding. I ordered it on Friday morning and the watch showed up Saturday. I spoke with Darryl and they even had it sized for me when it arrived. I checked out his references on several forums and he had nothing but stellar reviews. I will buy my next watch from here.
