Swing Design is one of the best experiences I've had by an online retailer by far, facilitated by Shawn M. I bought a p2s laser engraver for a nameplate project needed at work, and we had zero experience with engravers. I sent our nameplate samples to Swing Design to see if they could replicate them from the p2s. The samples they created for us were better than what we sent them. They also shared the xtool print file that they created exactly for our samples. We received the p2s and after setting up the engraver, we were printing our nameplates within minutes. We have no experience in this field and now we are printing nameplates that were better than before. This is all due to Swing Design and Shawn M. What they did for us really goes a long way. Purchased the Silhouette Business version of Studio from Swing Designs, very straight forward and fast process, but the icing on the cake was the bargain price. I can whole heartedly recommend Swing Designs for this service..

Ashley was very helpful in helping get my insurance claim through to the right person. I traded in my A3+ in for the Prestage R1. It arrived very fast under a week. Packaging was good. I have had nothing but good results when I have to work with customer service.
