No accountability
Company openly using serious mental health conditions as a gimmick to promote their products on Instagram. Then deleting the comments on the post criticising them instead of just deleting it. Showing absolutely zero accountability. Update: They have now decided to not only delete the comments but block the people trying to educate them as I can no longer see their page and neither can many others. Disgraceful behaviour. Maybe they need to do a staff training session on mental health, particularly OCD and see how severe it is and how it can drive people to suicide. It is not a joke or a gimmick for your marketing strategy.
