Great in theory, but can't cope with the NHS' failings. When it works this is great, turn up, blood test done on time, out in 5 mins. Much better than the old take a ticket and wait for an hour system. Twice now though I've had bookings cancelled the evening before or the day itself. I'll learn not to book for Fridays or Mondays as nurses obviously enjoy long weekends. The next available appointment is then a month away. If the NHS clamped down on the vast amount of sick leave their staff take it would work much better.

I was referred by my GP, booking was easy and I was seen on time. There was no-one to see on the way in, though; the machine to check in is easy for me, but people from other cultures were sometimes at a loss as to what to do because there was no-one to explain the procedure.
