The giving of the blood is a great deal faster than the booking of the appointment.

Seems very flaky. I tried to find a clinic called the Laurels on Swiftqueue which it couldn't find. Though I had managed to book an appt there several days ago. It just gave me a list of all blood test places in the whole country. So I went on to Google and typed The Ls urels and got an entry for the Laurels blood tests which hen I clicked it went to Swiftqueue. Need to upgrade your search facility. Also the way to cancel an appointment out of several is not obvious. I have 45 years experience in IT.

Have used it seven times, 6 fine but 6th was "LOST". I am sure I booked a blood test via swiftqueue some time in May 2025, selected 13:03 on 11 July and centre. Put in my diary, turn up, swiftqueue has NO RECORD of this booking. I see someone else lost data in Jan 2025. Is there a bug??? Or have I lost my marbles? Shame that the centre claimed to be SO busy they could not have me wait for a no show, cancellation or whatever, so drive 5 miles to nearest hospital and get test done less than 2 hours later where they say they are NOT BUSY!

Impossible to log in ,tried on my phone kept getting "wrong details'tried to reset password,they said we will send e mail with code to reset, never received e mail from them,tried to log in on PC, same " wrong details"mesaage, after almost 3 hours,my daughter tried to log in on her laptop ,with exact same details and logged in straight away!don't understand what's going on with this site but it's absolutely rubbish, need an alternative

Poor booking system.

As a first time user of swiftqueue I tried to register but was informed my email address has already been used ? Not so. Trying to contact them for an answer is nigh on impossible.

The appointment timing is wrong when added into iCloud calendar - shows as an hour later than what has been booked. This caused me to miss my appointment.

The swiftqueue stopped walk in blood test. They are only offering blood test by appointment though the centre is nearly empty (2/3 patients), so I can assume that they are not actually releasing enough appointments. In my case, I came to Appleby Medical Centre at 9 am without having an appointment and found out that there is one at 10 am but the centre was nearly empty. I had to wait until 9.50 am to be seen by the staff. I know that one blood test can take at best 5 minutes to complete. So, they can arrange 20 appointments in one hour. But I found that is not the case. They are sitting and talking to each other in between the patients. So, their productivity is not good enough to help us, patients.
