So easy to make an appointment using swiftqueue for my blood test at St Cross Hospital, Rugby yesterday. I arrived for my apt, was seen within minutes, lovely lady took my blood, painless.

On Monday 7 Aug 23 I had a complex MRI at my local London hospital. As I have a pacemaker I needed an X Ray beforehand to check the wires were ok. There was an initial problem, caused I believe by my clinic, that I got scheduled for an X Ray on the wrong day and with no indication that it related to my MRI. Once the clinic had rescheduled the X Ray to Monday, I went ahead with the sequence of investigations. My top rating of SwiftQueue is because their response to two emails explaining what went wrong, I believe by my clinic, has resulted in detailed responses within 30mins and explaining that they will work with my clinic to ensure that the clinic works with SwiftQueue correctly in future. I trust that the SwiftQueue system analysts will work well with my clinic who are a newish user of SwiftQueue.
