Called to close my account due to me changing to a different company. Told them not to take out any more payments. They still took out 3 payments after that call. I also canceled by email and fax. Told me twice that my account was closed yet online it still shows pending payment coming out at end of the month. This whole mess put my bank account into negative. Informed them of this and the NSF fees. Sent screenshots of bank account of payments coming out. 3 payments of 160 plus 3 NFS fees of 36$. They tell me all I’m getting back is 219.20. They did return one payment but not other two. The 219.20 is what was left in the trust account. Each person you talk to tells you something different. Stay away from these people. I also filed with the BBB.

I was referred to this company by a man named Mohamed Zaatar, who assured me that I would not incur any fees. However, I was subsequently surprised to discover that—after they settled a single credit account for which I owed $5,900 (negotiating it down to $4,800)—they charged me a fee of $290 for every $1,000 of the settled amount. Consequently, instead of helping me, they actually increased the total amount I have to pay by an additional $1,000. This was done without my knowledge, as I do not speak English.

This company stole my money and paid $0 towards my debt! I’m out $6200 with the same debt I started with. Please beware!!

They told me they would reduce my total debt of $28,000 to $21,000 and that I would pay $450 per month for four years and finish all my debts. After starting payments, I discovered that the $450 only applied to one credit account, and if I wanted to settle the other credits, I had to pay each one separately. Monthly fees and payments multiply, and the amounts I paid do not reflect any real settlement. They promised that I would not go to court, and if anything happens, they would support me—all of this is false. In short, this company operates in a clearly fraudulent way, and their promises do not reflect reality. A warning to everyone before dealing with them.
