As a new author who chose to publish independently (because I needed full translation rights), it has been awesome to have a company reach out to me, understand the message of my book and promote it in a way far beyond what I could have done myself. Harry has been attentive and intentional, helping me understand all the different facets. He has been patient with my questions and never made me feel pressured in any way. He and his team have been professional but also kind and personable. I would recommend working with them to anyone!

Swift and Kevin, in particular, have been instrumental in helping me gain recognition as an author. They have everything in one place, such as editing, publishing, marketing, etc. and have been in contact with me throughout the entire process. Their Book Cover service exceeded my expectations. They designed an eye-catching cover that encapsulated my novel's concept brilliantly. My book sales have definitely increased as a result of the numerous compliments I've received on the cover!

Maybe something has changed with Swift, but the frequent miscommunication and unanswered questions on their internal chat is causing frustration and concerns about their ability to market my book. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, despite the raving reviews. Update: on 1/13/25, Swift asked me to remove the 1-star rating. I asked for a refund in writing several times and it has not been addressed. What I learned: Going forward any time that I see all 5-star ratings on the internet about any service or product, I am going to be suspicious and dig deeper.
