I bought an engine for my vehicle with low mileage as they said, but instead of sending a working engine they sent a CORE engine as it did appear broken tips, missing lower intake manifold bolts, water all around the valve on cylinder 4, missing oil cooler screws, missing all 4 knocks sensors, hearing noise at the timing chain area when turning the engine, timing seem to be off engine turn and then stop. I did file the dispute with my credit card company which they refund some and they are keeping almost $2390 for restocking fee. I did send my Credit card company the info I have and there are 3 videos but they dont take videos as they claim.

I am extremely disappointed in this company. They refuse to honor their warranty. They sold me a faulty transmission and lied to keep from honoring the warranty. They have an F rating with BBB and I wish I would've checked with BBB before the purchase. But I would definitely recommend that NO ONE deal with this company for ANY car parts! I'm really thinking about a law suit.

Extremely disappointed. First of all they sent me a wrong engine even though all the specs I gave were correct. They sent me the wrong engine and it was extremely old! They took it back and wouldn't give me any kind of update on the replacement. They wouldn't answer my emails and they wouldn't answer my calls as well. If they answer the call, they would hang up on me. Beware!

Bought an engine from them, had it installed and it was totally defective. I received a full refund but they do not refund the cost on the parts and installation. I will buy from another vendor and will again pay the cost on another install.

They sell Junk engines and don’t honor the waranty as they said

After ordering and paying for a motor for my truck, they said it would take 10-14 days just to ship it. I found a motor that would be installed in that time and cancelled two days after paying. It took almost four weeks to get my refund and they kept 25% ($2150!!!!), saying it was a "restocking" fee. I call bs. If they had to stock it, why was it going to take 10-14 days just to ship it? They would not answer emails, they are not legit, only out to make money from people by pretending to be something they're not. Do not, under any circumstances, use these dishonest people.

I bought the 2004 Toyota Sienna Engine, after the installation, Engine did not start, there was no compression. Called and filed the warranty, the claim was approved, but never get the money back. I have called them 2 times a week for last 8 weeks about refund the money, but they have kept telling me the same thing over and over again and not sending me the refund money. stay away from this place.
