Ordered 2 times from Swell Reptiles, 1st Time, Order arrived completely smashed (Not their fault i'm sure) they then organised a replacement. Which arrived 5 Weeks Later and Also the Wrong Item so had to order yet another replacement which took an extra week. 2nd Time, Ordered plants and bioactive custodians. a few days after I received an email saying that one of the plants were out of stock and that they'd hold the order so that they could send them all together. 3 Weeks Later, the plant that was out of stock arrives. But the rest of the order, was missing. I contacted them, they said Sorry that this plant was out of stock (Which was the only one I received in the order ironically) I explained that this is the only one that I recieved. After I emailed them asking if there was any update, they asked me "Would I like a replacement or a refund?" I don't need a replacement, I need the stuff I ordered in the first place for it to be a replacement. Then they refunded me only half the order which I had to chase up again before the processed the rest of the order as a refund. I sadly wouldn't recommend Swell as there's just too many negatives and risks from ordering from them.

1-2 working days for deliver. Its now day 4!! this is ment to be LIVE food.. I even had to ring up for a tracking number. and found out royal mail still haven't got it. I rang again 'our suppliers had delay' & 'Sorry, Its not our fault' Avoid this company

😡😡😡not trustworthy company. I ordered pond liner 40 years warranty ones and they sent me 24 years warranty one when I called they said it's wrong sticker. I don't believe that it's even cheaper and skinny pond liner. Charged me for the good one and sent me cheaper one.

If you set yourself up as a mail order company you should take a leaf out of Amazon. Your website promises prompt delivery in 2 days Today is day 7 and no sign. I shouldn't be surprised as Yodel are the carriers, useless company. I will never use Swell again.

Awful customer service, I purchased a vivarium for a rescue I was taking in from Swell as their delivery was quicker than competitors. After a week, £170 and 5 emails I haven't managed to get a tracking number or any relevant information about the order. In the meantime I have had to purchase an emergency vivarium that I won't be able to get a refund for. I've been told that the vivarium has been delivered, then that is hasn't and provided with incorrect tracking information. The staff couldn't care less, don't understand the simplist of questions and cannot provide answers to basic enquiries. My previous experiences have been positive, however I won't be using this company again.

Ordered frozen food which was despatched direct from their supplier. I have been waiting in for this parcel and no one has delivered. No shipping confirmation nothing. When I chased I was told apc tried to deliver with a photo of an intercom with buttons on. I explained I had been in for 4 days waiting for this parcel all I got was apc tried to deliver they don’t have to leave a card or anything as per our terms and condition we will not send out a replacement. This is the first time I have used swell and won’t bother again!

Bought a product which I did not need in the end so sent it back they refunded me the product. But not the postage £3.99 for postage stay well away from the is company m.

' Poor attitude and non-existent customer service. ' Exceptionally poor service - purchased a PSU and the advertised (on their website) converter. This converter is not compatible with the PSU which cannot be used without the correct converter. Swell wanted me to pay postage for the return of the incompatible converter. I have since purchased from another company that supplies the correct converter FREE OF CHARGE - one presumes because the PSU is useless without it!
