Probably the most unprofessional company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. No contact number , order was supposed to be next day delivery as advertised on their website. They blamed DPD and the Storm for no order arriving. Only contact could be done through Facebook messenger , when I requested a refund a cheeky response, if you refuse to take your order from DPD then you can request a refund. The final straw I have messaged them again asking for a refund and have made them aware I have reported them to Comreg. Suprise Suprise no response and suddenly my order is arriving today through DPD. I ordered off this company after a popular social media influencer highly recommended them never again. Actually dreading to see what will arrive in this package if any of the other reviews are to go by. I absolutely won't be recommended this company to anybody a total shambles. Package arrived with the wrong details on it. It was suppose to be personalised with my kids names but arrived with another person's name.

Please do not waste your time ordering from this Company. I received an email over a week ago that my order had been shipped! It still has not arrived. It was an email confirmation that the product was shipped, i cannot understand why it has not arrived. I contacted them and it was some excuse about "the storm" delaying deliveries. My delivery was supposedly dispatched before "the storm". DPD is their courier service and I have received other orders through DPD this week with no issues! This order was for my daughters Confirmation, the only thing she asked for and it will not be here on time. They've taken the money though all €40! Absolutely terrible service!

It's crazy that a company based in Cork takes nearly 10 days to ship out 3 bags of sweets. It's an absolute waste of time and money honestly, there are other companies that if you ordered before 3pm that day it would be with you in the morning! Discount supplements are a great example of a fast and easy to use Irish company. This company needs to spend more time working and less time on social media.

Received the wrong order 3 times, have been emailing customer service constantly for the past 6 weeks and they have yet to respond. Originally ordered 3 items, they have only sent me 2 - which were both incorrect items. My order was placed nearly 2 months ago & they have not sent me what I paid for and refuse to make contact with me about the issue. Every email I’ve sent has been ignored.

After ordering on the 13th of Jan 2022 still no sign of my order I paided 15e for and still no follow up e mail reply or and message of reply back.. It is now the 17th of Feb.. Do yourself a favour and save your money on the worst business award is givin to this croud,, absolutely a joke. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

Nathan Evan’s owns this company . He is the sweet swindler This is 100% a scam never received anything from them have had comments deleted on Instagram had them condescend me saying email them when I already have and they only work 8-5 but can post hourly on all social platforms and delete mine and loads of other people like me who have been scammedno response through Facebook or email. Avoid avoid avoid Sweet swindlers

Poor Quality, A month to deliver, Won’t reply to messages, One star is too good for these crooks!

Still waiting on an order from Feb 2nd, despite them promoting next day delivery since yday. Yet I still don't have mine. Message to say they'd update me amd nothing. Still no delivery today. Ridiculous. At least give an explanation.
