Ignored emails, wrong items and then I tried to reorder a cost to myself and after 10 days I got an automated email to say order refunded but nothing from them

I ordered on the 8th of march after seeing that they delivered within 1-2 days. I needed them for the 22nd so I taught that would allow plenty of time. I never received a tracking number after my order and that was when I first contacted them. After being promised multiple times that my order would be delivered today, it’s is now the 25th and I still have no order. Their customer service is shocking and I would avoid this company at all cost.

Very unhappy with their service and communication . Emailed them and advise 1-2 day via dpd. Still not arrived. Contacted via email again and no reply at all. From cork to roscommon does not take 5 days or more. No tracking number given, poorly ran company. Looking for refund. Still waiting on a answer. I’ve worked in shipping in the past and tracking numbers are always sent to the customer to track their products. Big and small business fo this. Very disappointed child here not getting sweets for his birthday treat. Had to run out to get them locally and cheaper as well. Won’t be supporting that business again, Save your money and shop somewhere else.

Only received part of an order and when we contacted SweetKing about it, we were told multiple times that the order had been sent. 4 weeks later, multiple Instagram and Facebook messages and emailed ignored still no sweets. Absolutely shocking customer service. Awful company. They have no problem sending orders out to bloggers but can’t send them to the people who actually pay, disgraceful

When my order was 8 days late. Sweetking said they had shipped it already with DPD and I would receive in 1-2 days. I didn't receive it and asked for the tracking number which for some reason was never given to me until I asked for it. Sweetking made an excuse about "minimal scanning from DPD". When I checked the tracking myself via DPD's website it simply said that DATA had been received from Sweetking. According to DPD this means that they don't necessarily have the package with them yet, meaning Sweetking hadn't given it to them. When I got onto to Sweetking about this, suddenly my package was lost and the Twinkies I had ordered were now sold out so they could refund me for those. Clearly they never sent me my package because they didn't have Twinkies. They accepted my money but we're not sending me my order. All together my purchase was 14 days late. Something I didn't expect buying from a company in Ireland. Customer service were very friendly which is nice BUT I was obviously being lied to. In future Sweetking should just tell the truth about orders. If they are struggling with the amount of orders they are getting because they are a small company they should simply put that as a disclaimer. Also try to update their website as soon as things sell out so that people don't order what they don't have. I would have been more than understanding! But the stress of having to chase down something I paid for was completely unnecessary. Also, I used a code they advertised TAKIS. I was supposed to receive a free pack of Tackis with my order but no. They did throw in two of these Nerd candy ropes but they tasted bad and when I looked at the date they were up in April (two weeks time). I threw them out. About the sweets. I ordered Mike&Ike's which are basically like jellybeans and did enjoy them, especially that fake grape flavour American candy has. The classic mix of Sweetking picked sweets however, I am not happy about. A few were nice and recognisable but most were not and I didn't like the taste of a lot, that could be personal preference though. The bag was absolutely stuffed though so there's that... Though I won't be eating them because I don't like them. I think I was expecting like a good quality pic n mix type deal but was disappointed.

Pushy branding with influencers chasing a quick pay day and who pitch these products as a "sorry you've no baby" gift for those struggling on Mothers day. Avoid.

Ordered some stuff which took over 2 weeks to come from Cork to killarney. Order completely wrong. Customer service is horrendous, I'd just avoid them and go somewhere else if your thinking of ordering.

An order took 16 days to arrive. I emailed, they said it was dispatched but when it didn't arrive they dispatched it again and finally arrived incomplete. The order was to include two extra sweet boxes as part of the offer and they were not sent. After chasing the order numerous times they said they would include extra goodies, none of which were includes. So an order received after two weeks incomplete and getting strung along. Shocking service and quality control, should not be in business.
