Very bad customer service ordered over 10 days ago and still no delivery emailed them twice still to no avail. Will not be using them again

Ordered personalised sweetmix bags for a kids party 2weeks ago and have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails, facebook messages and instagram messages to no avial. Appauling customer service! Paying for a product I haven't received.

Over 3 weeks waiting for a delivery. Customer service is extremely bad and do not reply to emails. After many attempts to contact I was sent a delivery number for DPD who said they have not received the item from the sender. I cannot even get in touch with customer service to get a refund. Will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend to anyone.

Shocking service and trying to make contact is like getting blood from a stone! Very bad customer service still havent received my order! Will not be ordering again.

Ordered two weeks ago still nothing received, contacted them last week and was told my order was prioritized and I would have it the next day a week later and still nothing here. Every second influencer promoting these sweets, should be more focused on the paying customers! Will not be ordering again

Still waiting on an order I ordered 10 days ago did not receive any sort of Confirmation email after purchasing so when chasing up had no reference number. Told end of last week it would be with me this week, I had to double check where they are actually based with such long delivery time frames. They'll gift influencers left, right and centre and can't deliver to Paying customers. Be the last time I place an order with them they seem to prefer giving the freebies to the instagrammers than actually running a business.

Currently waiting on my order, I emailed them twice to get an update on the status of my order and still have not received any correspondence from them.

Waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order contacted them and they said delivery would be 1 to 2 days after a week I sent another email to which I was told 1 to 2 days then they stopped answering my emails so I went on Facebook which my posts have been deleted now eventually got my order will definitely not be ordering again from sweetking
