Where do I start? 5 weeks waiting for my order only for it to arrive wrong twice yes twice, I eventually had to drive down there only to be faced with uneducated rude kids, its a Disgrace, dogs running around the sweets mixed in cement mixers and apparently no one knows nothing but the people that deal with packaging were all off that day and there was no office staff, it's no wonder they have there comments switched off on tick tock, the place really needs to be inspected by trading standards, AVOID AVOID AVOID

So disappointed. Ordered Easter bags well In advance and Easter is over with a week and the bags aren’t delivered yet. Looks like delivery today. So disappointing, poor customer service, sent numerous emails and no reply, no phone number to contact them. Eventually got them on Instagram and they barely apologised. Awful service. Will not be ordering again. Not the first time there’s been an issue. Don’t offer discount codes if you can’t handle the volumes. Candid pig customer from now on

Fairly shocking that a company can't fulfil orders for SWEETS in a timely fashion... my wife is waiting 2 WEEKS for an order...!!! yet they are fulltime on social media deleting comments and posting insta stories. If the company doesn't have sufficent staff to fulfil orders on a timely fashion, stop being greedy and pause orders until such time as orders can be fulfilled! This company uses DPD to deliver packages but repeated requests to provide a tracking code are ignored... most e-commerce systems can be setup to provide a code with a confirmation email when the item is dispatched!!! If customers are waiting weeks it's clear that orders are not being processed in a timely fashion!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered at Christmas and got delivered really quick no problem so decided to order for easter with plenty of time given for delivery and I still haven't recieved my order keep telling me I'll get it tomorrow when they do reply I asked for tracking number got ignored asked for refund and got ignored I dont know what's going on with this company but I won't be ordering again.

I have order off these guys a few time and , have to say I won’t b ordering again , I placed an order and got no conformation email so placed the order again as I taut the order didn’t go through, emailed them about the situation and explained I didn’t need 2of the same personalised order , no reply went to Instagram and someone got back to me with order numbers and was suppose to cancel one of the orders yet 10 days later 2 boxes land at my door .! With over €100 worth of sweets, customer service is shocking and clearly don’t no how to use there Oder system . Also asked if I could get plain stickers to cover the personalised bags so I could gift to somebody else , no surprise there got no response.!

An absolute joke shouldn't be allowed advertise on any forum taking peoples money without delivering product which says 1 to 4 days waiting over 2 wks emailed twice without reply definitely will not be ordering from this company again 😡

Have used this company a few times with no issues so ordered from them 2 weeks ago, have messaged them on Instagram, email and Facebook which they deleted! There is obviously something going on and they haven't even the decency to let people who have paid for items know! Will not be using them again!

4 orders - all delayed, all have to be constantly emailed about … always no response for days. Great jellies .. shocking customer service
