I actually feel hard of giving this joke of a company 1 star they don't even deserve that. I have ordered 6 days ago for a birthday & I have emailed and sent messages with no communication back regarding this, on the website it said 1-2 days delivery (LIES) this is false and misleading information, I should have read the reviews first but I wanted to support this company NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered bags of sweets for a communion, paid for dpd 1-4 day delivery and over 3 weeks later still no sign of the dispatch email No response from their customer service either Would keep your money and order elsewhere.

FALSE ADVERTISING. I placed an order over Easter as they had an offer on(free items) Delivery arrived and no items. I have SENT 3 EMAILS and still NO RESPONSE. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Do not order from this company, ordered over 3 wks ago told me first, my order got lost and then guaranteed delivery today and still nothing!! Spent nearly 30euro on pic n mix for a communion and won't even reply to my messages now!

Do not use this company. Awful customer service. Delivery takes weeks if you do get what you ordered.

Still waiting on an order from three weeks. Was for a birthday which has passed. Have requested a refund and no response. Its criminal to take money from someone's account without providing the product

Horrific company to deal with, ignore emails and messages on social media. Give you no updates about your order and then reply to your email about cancelling your order on the day it’s out for delivery! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There is a reason they don’t have an option to leave reviews on Facebook

Avoid like the plague. Placed an order over a month ago, haven't received a single update despite repeated emails to them, or any promise of a refund. Disgraceful customer service and hopeless company. Would never order from them again and would encourage everyone to do the same.
