Lots of british reviews for a company that doesnt ship to the Uk 🤔 also nearly every positive review have only reviewed one company before?

If I could leave a zero I would, this company is so bad, I ordered for a christening party last year I ordered three weeks in advance, they arrived a week after the christening. It was as if condensation had build up in the bag causing all the jellies to clump together, they ended up in the bin. My emails were ignored, Instagram messages were ignored. The blogger that insisted they were amazing ignored me too. NEVER AGAIN. Also all of the 5* reviews are from when Sweet King owner asked his many friends to rate the business. Company is truly awful.

Absolutely terrible company, there should be an option for no stars. Quick to take the money but slow to deliver. Takes weeks for you to receive them, and half of the sweets stuck together.. Never order from here

Very poor service, ordered and sent an straight after on the order which was never read. Half my order wasn’t in the box and replacements put in. Very poor delivery service. No contact number to discuss either. Will never order again!!!!

Awful service, delivery time is over 2 weeks, I got crisps and sweets delivered which were not in a box or anything to protect them and the crisps were all burst and the sweets were battered!! Would definitely not order again. It took me about 3weeka to get a reply and they wanted photo evidence, which I had. Very poor service and completely overpriced.

Very poor/ slow service for the delivery of a bag of sweets within ireland. Contacted 3 times and was told they’d be with me the next day and never showed up. I also requested the tracking information which was never given to me.

Very poor service. I ordered 2 sweet bags as a gift for someone and they never arrived on time, despite more than a two week window. On top of that they released a statement saying they were experiencing delays, but yet continued to push out promotions to drive there sales up. Would it not make more sense to honour the orders you already have instead of taking on more orders which you clearly can’t fulfil? I wouldn’t go near this company again, and certainly won’t be recommending it to others.

Order never arrived, no reply to emails or messages on social media. Shocking behaviour by any company taking customer's money and not fulfilling orders - that's called stealing and fraudulent behaviour. Cynical by them to have PR companies send out drops to influencers with 30-40% discounts and promises of 1-2 day delivery. Had no choice but to initiate chargeback on card to retrieve my money.
