I ordered 8 bags as gifts for Christmas. When they arrived they had a white and black sticky substance smeared all over the outside of all the bags. When I contacted the company I was told it was because of new gloves which had been used. I can assure you this was not residue from gloves. I was told to send back the packaging (in the meantime I was to hold onto the sweets somehow) and they would send me new packaging! Honestly biggest waste of money ever. Customer service left a lot to be desired. Will not order from here again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Got a packet off you was opened cause your extra sugary sweet belts were hanging out of the bag. Funky smell...bad bad odor. Sort it couldn't even put candles in the room to mask the whiff.

Ordered a bag prev as I’ve ordered from them a few times. Sweet choices were terrible and they literally threw in 1 sweet choice when they claim up to 20 different sweets & this was done for 2 bags & also customer service is always terrible and slow when I have to email them which is such a big shame & delivery is not “1-3” working days. I ordered last week Saturday & it’s now Wednesday & I didn’t receive a confirmation email/text or even my order yet?
