Ordered some Christmas present hampers and some sweets for the house. 2 hampers were completely busted. The sweets are absolutely dreadful now. They used to be good but there so cheap. Fizzy sweets are sugar coated with zero taste. 3 weeks waiting on a reply and still nothing. Go elsewhere. It won't be long before they shut up shop.

Appalling Customer Service. I hope Sweet King invest some money into training/Upskilling customer care this year. They have lost a customer and their reputation. I Ordered multiple times over the year without a problem, however when there was an issue ( bag containing sweets burst in transit & couldn’t be delivered). The customer service or lack of customer service was simply appalling. Eventually after many emails I received a refund.

This is not a company anybody should support or buy from. The product is ok, but everything else is awful. They will spam you every single day with emails, and often with text messages, and when I commented on their Instagram regarding this, they deleted my comments, and didnt even bother to respond to my feedback. I wanted to support them because they're a local company but they clearly dont care about their customers or offering any kind of customer service and for that reason I give them a 1 star review, Even though I liked their sweets that wont be reflected in my rating because they dont make these sweets themselves, all they do is pack them into their bags and ship them and they cant even do that well anymore, as deliveries have often taken 2 weeks for some people. Terrible service, and non existing customer service. Buy from somebody else! Theres plenty other companies doing exactly the same thing, but with far better service!

Sweets have gone seriously downhill. I ordered when they first set up the company and sweets were great now they're cheap and there's no variety whatsoever. Don't waste your money aldi have a better mix for a fraction of the price

Ordered on 9th dec for Xmas presents , received an emails saying they’re getting my order ready, took €40 from my account and that was it . have sent numerous emails and heard nothing back . Never ever will order from them again , so disappointed

Sweets were beyond cheap and disgusting, so disappointed I spent over €30 and threw them in the bin. Also waited over 2 weeks for them to arrive or get a reply from customer service. Absolutely diabolical and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Absolute disgraceful customer service. No indication of when sweets will be delivered and I’ve emailed twice and got no response. Should have read the reviews here before ordering. Even if they are on time before Xmas it’s still a disgrace that they can’t even respond to an email or have proper tracking. Ordered on 6th of Dec.
